Life Savers Welfare Organization is a volunteer-based humanitarian NGO founded in 2010 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We serve communities across Rawalpindi and Islamabad through blood donation and Thalassemia awareness, free medical and eye camps, Ramadan food distribution (Iftaar Eesar), women skills training, plantation campaigns, and emergency relief. Our volunteers work with families, campuses, and local partners so patients and neighbourhoods can access practical help with dignity and transparency.
Volunteers power every Life Savers campaign — from emergency blood coordination and Thalassemia awareness to free medical camps, Ramadan meal distribution, skills workshops, and tree plantation drives in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Students, professionals, and community members can contribute a few hours at weekend events or support ongoing coordination with reliability and compassion.
Typical volunteer roles include donor registration, camp crowd guidance, iftar and ration distribution support, plantation logistics, and social awareness outreach on campuses and in neighbourhoods. Register through our volunteer app signup to join upcoming activities.
Read about our programs on projects, support financially via donate, learn our story on about, or ask questions on contact. Meet the leadership team on the board of directors page.
Whether you can spare a weekend morning or support recurring campaigns, volunteering with Life Savers is a direct way to help patients and families across Rawalpindi and Islamabad while building a culture of service among youth and professionals.
